  10. Praying every single day. Really hoping they both pull through this. Anxious for any news. My husband had a stroke 3 years ago and know how long it takes to know anything when there is any bleeding on the brain. The doctors told me his chances of ever breathing or eating on his own were very slim, let alone ever walking again. He walked out on his own without any life support, feeding tube and was able to walk on his own! Never give up hope! Our family is praying and hoping like crazy Art and Stephanie will pull through this. You both have truly touched our lives and we love you. ❤️

  11. Thank you for starting this blog. I was on the scene and hopefully helped Mr. & Mrs. Lopez at this horrible moment in their lives. To her family- I held your Dad's head in my hands and talked to him telling him it will be ok and I held your Mom's hand all the way to the helicopter. I am so glad to see the progress and pray for the strength and faith for a speedy healing!

  12. Sat. I was on my way from a Memorial Service in Meadow Valley for a fallen Vietnam Vet, called my wife who was working the ER at East Plumas Hospital to let her know I was on my way to see her, 20 min. later they got the about a motorcycle accident on 70, scared her big time, I came upon an accident just outside the Portola Town limits, saw the down bike and all that was going on, did not know what happened or who was involved, went to the see my wife, she was most relieved, told me about the incident and that both riders were sent to Renown on Care Flight. Was not until Thursday that I learned it was Art & Stephanie, I was just at Art's shop on the 8th, told me how he was selling his bike and maybe looking at a new one. While I am not religious, I am spiritual and giving Art & Stephanie a lot of thought and prayers in my own way. Bryan, Patriot Guard Rider, Truckee
